- Continuing on with the same technique, but a new coffee 1850 Midnight Gold from Provigo. Initial taste impression: Lemony, which overwhelmes whatever “chocolatey” notes (which I don’t taste) it purports to have. Satisfaction: Meh - Nah (but I’ll tweak the grind params a bit before giving up).

First batch ended before 2021-09-15: mostly Good, and a couple times Excellent even (probably to do with Water Temperature, and others). Verdict: will try again.
